HOW MANY EXCLUSIVE REWARDS AM I ENTITLED TO? WHEN CAN I BENEFIT FROM A NEW EXCLUSIVE REWARD?

The Exclusive Reward is valid once a year, as soon as 500 Points have been accumulated between 1st September and 31st August. So, you can benefit from a new Exclusive Reward every year from 1st September once you have accumulated 500 Points. 

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT VOUCHERS?

Your Gift Vouchers are valid from the day after your Exclusive Reward and are valid for 6 months. To use them, you just need to mention them at the checkout when you pay for your purchases at Le Bon Marché (Paris) or at La Grande Épicerie de Paris and present your Carte 24 Sèvres or your electronic card via the 24 Sèvres App. If you forget your Carte 24 Sèvres, you will be asked for a form of identification. You can use your Gift Vouchers in full or partially. 

CAN I GIVE MY GIFT VOUCHERS TO A THIRD PARTY?

Your Gift Vouchers are named and personal.

ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REWARD AND GIFT VOUCHERS VALID ON ALL OF MY PURCHASES?

They are valid in-store at Le Bon Marché (Paris) and La Grande Épicerie de Paris. They will soon be available online on 24s.com and on the App.

I FORGOT TO ACTIVATE MY EXCLUSIVE REWARD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHEN CAN I USE MY EXCLUSIVE REWARD?

The Exclusive Reward is valid once a year, as soon as 500 Points have been accumulated between 1st September and 31st August.

You can select any day to activate your Exclusive Reward. The Exclusive Reward must be activated within 6 months of receiving it. To activate your Exclusive Reward in-store, you can go to the checkout at any time of the day when you pay for your purchases at Le Bon Marché (Paris) or La Grande Épicerie de Paris.

HOW DO I LINK MY ONLINE ACCOUNT TO MY CARTE 24 SÈVRES?

If you are already a member of the 24 Sèvres Program and your online account has not been automatically linked to it, please go to your personal space under the heading “My Loyalty Program” and click on “Already a member? Link my 24 Sèvres Loyalty Card”.

HOW CAN I MANAGE COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVED FROM LE BON MARCHÉ (PARIS), LA GRANDE ÉPICERIE DE PARIS AND 24 SÈVRES?

You can subscribe/unsubscribe to communications from 24 Sèvres and Le Bon Marché (Paris) at any time in your personal space under the heading “My Subscriptions”. To subscribe/unsubscribe to the La Grande Épicerie de Paris newsletter, visit lagrandeepicerie.com.

La Carte 24 Sèvres

 

IS MY CARTE 24 SÈVRES NAMED?

Your Carte 24 Sèvres is named and personal. However, you can obtain a second card for a member of your taxable household by requesting one with our Carte 24 Sèvres advisers. The second card will be posted to your address. These two cards will accumulate Points on the same Loyalty Account.  

CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES WITH MY CARTE 24 SÈVRES?

Your Carte 24 Sèvres is not a payment card. However, if you benefited from a Gift Voucher during your Exclusive Reward period, you can then pay for your purchases via your Carte 24 Sèvres by using your Gift Vouchers. Thanks to your Carte 24 Sèvres, you can also benefit from payment facilities in-store 3 or 4 times with a bank card. 

I HAVE RECEIVED A NEW CARTE 24 SÈVRES, BUT I ALREADY HAVE ONE. WHY?

You have just changed status. Your new Carte 24 Sèvres replaces your old card and you can now benefit from the advantages of your new status. Your new status is valid until the date inscribed on the back of your new Card. You can view all your advantages when you log on to your personal space online at 24 Sèvres, through the 24 Sèvres mobile application or at lagrandeepicerie.com

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY NEW CARTE 24 SÈVRES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the event of a renewal request for your card due to loss or theft, the Carte 24 Sèvres delivery time can be between 3 to 6 weeks. In the event of a change in status, the delivery time for the card can be between 7 to 10 weeks. If after this time you have still not received your card, contact your Carte 24 Sèvres adviser on (+33) 1 44 39 81 81 or by email at the address carte24sevres@lebonmarche.fr. Please be assured, in the event of a change in status, you will benefit from all the advantages of your new status the day after your status has changed, you just need to present your old card or the 24 Sèvres application. 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY CARTE 24 SÈVRES NUMBER?

Your Carte 24 Sèvres number is stated on the back of your card underneath the bar code. It will be a 12-digit number. If your Carte 24 Sèvres is linked to an online account, you can also view your card number by logging on to your personal space on the internet. 

I FORGOT TO PRESENT MY CARTE 24 SÈVRES DURING MY PURCHASES, CAN I STILL COLLECT MY POINTS?

If you have not presented your card before payment during your in-store purchases or if your Carte 24 Sèvres was not linked to your online account before your online order at 24 Sèvres or lagrandeepicerie.com, we will not be able to allocate the Points corresponding to this purchase. 

WHAT CAN I DO IF I FORGET MY CARTE 24 SÈVRES?

If you have forgotten your Carte 24 Sèvres, you can collect your Points by telling our advisers at the checkout before payment. You can also present your Carte 24 Sèvres via the 24 Sèvres mobile application (only available on Apple Store).  However, if you have accumulated Gift Vouchers on your Carte 24 Sèvres, you will only be able to use them on presentation of the latter or your electronic card on the 24 Sèvres mobile application or by providing a valid form of identification.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT OF LOSS/THEFT OF MY CARTE 24 SÈVRES?

Contact your 24 Sèvres adviser on (+33) 1 44 39 81 81 or by email at the address: carte24sevres@lebonmarche.com. A new Carte 24 Sèvres will then be sent directly to your home. The Points and advantages that you have earned on your old card will be transferred to your new one. While you are waiting for your new card, you can continue to benefit from your in-store advantages by presenting the 24 Sèvres mobile application, and online by connecting to your usual account.

IN WHICH STORES IS MY CARTE 24 SÈVRES VALID?

La Carte 24 Sèvres is valid at Le Bon Marché (Paris) and La Grande Épicerie de Paris stores, and online on 24s.com, the 24 Sèvres App and lagrandeepicerie.com.

FOR HOW LONG ARE MY POINTS VALID?

Your Points accumulate throughout the year from 1st September until 31st August. They are reset to zero on 1st September. The Points accumulated up to 31st August determine your status for the following year. 

WHERE CAN I VIEW THE NUMBER OF MY POINTS?

You can view your Points in your personal space under the heading My Loyalty Program.

I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER OVER THE INTERNET, BUT MY POINTS HAVE NOT APPEARED ON MY ACCOUNT. WHY?

Your Points are generated during the billing of your order which takes place when your order is dispatched.

HOW CAN I USE MY POINTS?

As soon as you have accumulated 500 Points, you will receive an invitation to take advantage of an Exclusive Reward. During this day, 10% of your purchases made at Le Bon Marché (Paris) and La Grande Épicerie de Paris will be credited to your Carte 24 Sèvres in the form of a Gift Voucher. You will be able to use this amount during your next visit, from the day after the Exclusive Reward, at Le Bon Marché (Paris) and La Grande Épicerie de Paris. You can select the day of your choice within 6 months after receiving your invitation. Your Gift Vouchers will be valid for 6 months after your Exclusive Reward. These services will soon be available on 24s.com.

HOW DO I ACCUMULATE POINTS?

With your Carte 24 Sèvres, all your in-store purchases at Le Bon Marché (Paris) and La Grande Épicerie de Paris, and online on 24 Sèvres, via the application or the website, and on lagrandeepicerie.com will be rewarded. €1 spent = 1 Point. These Points, accumulated each year from 1st September until 31st August, allow you to reach a new status and benefit from additional advantages. 

CAN I GIVE MY POINTS TO A THIRD PARTY?

Your Carte 24 Sèvres is personal, you cannot give your Points to a third party.

WHY AND WHEN ARE MY POINTS RESET TO ZERO?

Every year on 1st September, your total number of Rive Gauche Points is reset to zero so you can benefit from an Exclusive Reward each year, which can only be awarded when you accumulate the initial 500 Points.
